No. All purchases do however require that you provide your name and email address, with your cell phone number as optional. This information is required so we can communicate effectively with you about the status of your order. We therefore do not ask for physical / billing address information as it is not required. Digital downloads do not require a physical delivery address. If you wish you can either register first by registering on the My Account page before shopping. Or you can shop without registering and provide the minimum contact information we require on the Checkout page before finalising your order.

If you have registered log into your account on the My Account page. On the right of the page, you’ll find a section called Orders with a link to your order history page.

Yes. You can change / amend your order before payment is made by going back to the Cart page and changing the items and quantities you have selected. You can then return to the Checkout page, choose your payment option and place your order. After payment is made but prior to 48 hours before collection please email orders@purelyamanda.co.za where we will assist you.

Order of food products for which payment has been received can only be cancelled if we receive email notification (orders@purelyamanda.co.za) of the cancellation 48 hours before the commencement of the time slot for collection at the location chosen by you during the order process. Under no other circumstances may an order be cancelled. Because of the nature of the product digital product downloads cannot be cancelled once paid for.

Delivery

We do not deliver. Our pickup / collection service is free. Physical delivery is not required for our digital eBook products which are downloadable immediately after payment is received.

Your order will be returned to our kitchen. You can contact us on orders@purelyamanda.co.za or WhatsApp 0824688610 and arrange to collect your order at our premises, reschedule a time for collection at one of the pickup locations.

We use insulated boxes and ice packs to keep your smoothie frozen throughout the delivery process. Our smoothies are perishable and must remain frozen to ensure the highest level of ingredient quality and food safety, so it’s important to get your items into a freezer ASAP after collection.

We advise you to collect your frozen smoothie mix (and all other freshly made products) using your own cooler box and ice backs to maintain the cold chain.

While we always aim to deliver your frozen smoothie in perfect frozen condition at your chosen pickup location, if your smoothie mix is still cold to the touch (refrigerator temperature, below 5°C) by the time you arrive home, then yes, provided you kept the smoothie chilled and it was not left at room temperature for more than 2 hours, and there are no signs of spoilage, such as off smells, slimy texture, or leakage.

It is always our intention to deliver for collection every order in its entirety. If you received an incomplete or wrong order, please email orders@purelyamanda.co.za so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

PRODUCT

Once you’ve collected your frozen smoothies, it’s important to transfer them to your freezer as soon as possible. Simply place your frozen smoothies in your freezer until you’re ready to enjoy them. Each frozen smoothie is individually packaged, making it easy to grab one whenever you need it.

All other products should be refrigerated as soon as possible after taking delivery.

Your smoothie – made with frozen fruits, leafy greens like spinach and kale, and nutrient-rich seeds and nuts — is designed for freezer storage and convenience. You can safely store the mix in your freezer for up to 12 months. For the best taste, texture, and nutritional quality, we recommend using it within 4 to 6 months of purchase.

All our other products are freshly prepared and should be consumed within 7 days of taking delivery.

Please note: Due to the handcrafted nature of our recipes, precise nutritional values may vary slightly and do not factor in the liquid that may get added when blending your frozen smoothie.

Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any food product order whatsoever unless the order is defective, damaged, has missing items or is incorrect. Please inspect your order upon receipt and email us immediately at orders@pureleyamanda.co.za in the unlikely event that your order is defective, damaged, has missing items or if you have received an incorrect order, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct the mistake. We do not provide a refund or allow for returns in respect of digital products.
